What if people with assets or the means actually wanted to help us?

One of our landlords rents to one of us below local market rate. That's a decision he's made to help access to more affordable housing. This feels unusual but it shouldn't be. it's that word again - unusual. This is what we're going for.

He messages to say he's bought a place with land at the back and would we like to take a look? It's cluttered and hard to work out exactly how big the spaces could be.

We meet to discuss how we could get at least the current members in our co-op housed on this site, drawing diagrams, making sure there is a ground accessible flat on the first floor. Stairs. It's unusually soothing working in this way, when someone just wants to help. Imagine that.
