Hastings Council - do you read us? Over

2 Weeks Have Become 8 Months Waiting

Generally when things seem too good to be true, they are. We were told things would be moving along onto the next stage with the council within a couple of weeks, give or take, maybe a bit longer, but they will get moving. 8 months later, we are still waiting. Our emails are no longer getting replies and our morale has fallen out the back again. This, THIS is why co-op anything takes so long. This is the bureaucracy in action. And this is only the FIRST STEP. Jesus. But, it's also why we need more homes run by tenants for the future, so we don't need to depend on these defunct systems. So, perhaps against our better judgement or general sanity - we persevere!
