Meeting with another architect and infill site enthusiast

A local and very experienced retired architect offers us advice

Ken Davis has been battlling it out with Hastings Borough Council planning department for many years, so we ask him to come and take a look at the proposed site for our co-op's development. There's talk of an excavator, parking issues and minimum size requirements, and questions of how high we're allowed to build. We'll need an Approval in Principle first, which he kindly offers to help with, as well as priliminary sketches. It feels like we have people around us passionately wanting this to happen and willing to volunteer and put some of their time into it to help make it happen. We're continually warmed and grateful by this care and humanity.
